Defatted soybeans are obtained by squeezing round soybeans and extracting soybean oil. They are extracted using 100% Indian NON-GMO (non-genetically modified) soybeans and have a higher protein content than domestic or Chinese.

It is useful for making soy sauce with higher nitrogen, and it is also essential as a raw material for tofu, including Korean soy paste.

Recently, it is pulverized into powder and used in a variety of confectionery and processed foods.

 

The soybeans we handle are sold in the flake form.
